Online arbitrage is sourcing from websites instead of shops. The hard part isn't finding a cheap listing — it's being sure the cheap item is the same product that sells for more somewhere else.
Search by idea, not just by keyword
You can start a standard scan, or use AI Chat and type something like “small kitchen gadgets under £15 I could flip on eBay”. VERNTIC shortens that into a search, pulls live product pages from Amazon UK, AliExpress and eBay UK, and ranks the candidates it found. Each result links to the exact listing the price came from.
Is it really the same product?
A mismatch in any of these can turn a profit into a loss:
- Identifiers — barcode (UPC/EAN/GTIN), ISBN, ASIN or model number.
- Variant — colour, size, storage capacity.
- Quantity — a 3-pack is not a single unit.
- Condition — new, used and refurbished sell at different prices.
VERNTIC reads these from the source listing where they appear, validates barcode check digits, and shows which fields matched, conflicted or were missing. Scraped listings often omit them, in which case the deal page says Unknown and the confidence score stays capped.
What it doesn't do
It doesn't buy for you, doesn't track your inventory, and doesn't yet pull verified sold prices or seller ratings. Those need official marketplace data access, which we'll only show once it's genuinely connected. Read the methodology for the scoring rules.
