Terms of Service
Last updated: 29 September 2026
These terms are an agreement between you and verntic, the legal business name of the seller ("VERNTIC", "we", "us"), trading as "VERNTIC", and the seller and operator of this website and service. When you subscribe to VERNTIC, you are contracting with the business verntic. By creating an account or continuing to use VERNTIC, you agree to these terms. Contact: through this website.
1. The service
VERNTIC is an AI-powered tool that searches online marketplaces and suggests products that may be resold at a higher price. It shows estimated buy and resell prices, margins and a success score, and links to third-party listings. We do not sell, ship or hold any of the products shown.
2. Accounts and eligibility
You must be at least 18 (or the age of legal majority where you live), or have authority to bind the organisation you use VERNTIC for. Keep your login details confidential; you are responsible for activity under your account and for keeping your information accurate.
3. Acceptable use
You must not misuse the service, including by:
- using it for anything unlawful, fraudulent or to send spam;
- infringing anyone's intellectual property or other rights;
- interfering with its security — for example uploading malware, probing for vulnerabilities, or scraping or overloading the service;
- reverse engineering, reselling or redistributing the service, or bypassing credit or usage limits;
- trying to make the AI produce illegal, hateful, deceptive or harmful content, or to jailbreak its safeguards.
4. AI results — not advice
Results are generated by AI from public listings and may be inaccurate, out of date or incomplete. Prices, margins and success scores are estimates, not guarantees of profit. VERNTIC does not give financial, legal or tax advice. You are responsible for your searches, for checking any product, seller, price, law or platform rule before buying or reselling, and for your own decisions. We may filter or refuse outputs and remove content that breaks these terms.
5. Intellectual property
We own VERNTIC and all of its software, design, documentation and branding. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the service within your plan. You keep any rights in what you type in; you give us permission to process it only to provide the service. Third-party listings belong to their owners. If you believe content on VERNTIC infringes your rights, contact us and we will review and remove it where appropriate; accounts that repeatedly infringe may be closed.
6. Plans, payments and cancellation
Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns.
Paid plans (Pro and Premium) are monthly subscriptions that renew automatically until cancelled. Payment, billing, taxes, cancellation and refunds are governed by Paddle's Buyer Terms and our Refund Policy. If you cancel, your plan stays active until the end of the period you have paid for.
7. Service availability
We work to keep VERNTIC running well but do not guarantee it will be uninterrupted, error-free or always available. We may change or discontinue features.
8. Suspension and termination
We may suspend or end your access if you materially breach these terms, fail to pay, create a security or fraud risk, or repeatedly or seriously break our policies. You can stop using VERNTIC at any time. When your account ends, your scan history and saved deals may be deleted.
9. Warranties and liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, the service is provided "as is" without implied warranties such as merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, including lost profits, lost data or failed resales. Our total liability is limited to the fees you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing here limits liability for fraud, death or personal injury caused by negligence, or anything else that cannot be limited by law.
10. General
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and its courts have jurisdiction. We are not responsible for delays caused by events beyond our reasonable control. You may not transfer your account without our consent; we may transfer these terms as part of a merger or sale of the business. We may update these terms and will show the new date above.
